Germination and plant growth depend on climate, soil, water, and care practices.

Availability depends on stock, seasonal supply, and dispatch readiness.

4. Account & Verification

Account creation requires a valid email address. Email verification via OTP is mandatory before checkout. You must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact details. You are responsible for your account security.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed after successful payment or COD acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, COD (where available).
Order confirmation is sent via email.

6. Agricultural & Nursery Disclaimer

Seeds and live plants are agricultural products. Germination, growth, and yield depend on soil quality, climate, water, sunlight, and care practices. ELITE GLOBAL does not guarantee crop or plant outcomes. We supply quality nursery products but cannot control growing conditions after delivery.
