Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Due to the agricultural and perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in specific cases:
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Product received damaged, wilted, or compromised in transit
- Missing items from the order
- Shipment confirmed lost in transit
Important: Return requests for live plants and seeds must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product, label, and any damage.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Poor germination, plant loss, or crop failure after delivery
- Opened or used products that are not damaged/incorrect
- Change of mind after delivery
- Orders older than 48 hours from delivery date for live plants/seeds
3. How to Request a Return
- Visit Track & Support on our website
- Enter your order ID and registered email
- Describe the issue with supporting photos
- Our team reviews within 2–3 business days
4. Refund Process
- Prepaid: Refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- COD: Refund via NEFT/UPI within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
5. Replacement
Subject to stock, we may offer a replacement of the same product. If unavailable, a refund is issued.
